Girls weekend

Beautiful house with an organized host

We loved our stay at the Alpine Vista Lodge. It has everything you need for a great ski weekend: great hot tub, big kitchen (with 2 of everything), a big fireplace, and big comfy beds.

Beautiful home

Our family had a great vacation at the Alpine Vista Lodge. The home was beautiful, the views were amazing, and the kitchen and pantry extremely well stocked . The owners were helpful and very friendly. The home was the perfect place for our family.

Absolutely amazing!

The property is stunning and the view is gorgeous!! We had 13 people, 8 adults and 5 kids, with plenty of room not only for everyone to sleep but to spread out and have privacy when needed!! As an owner, Beth was super responsive to questions that we had–I don’t think I ever waited more than an hour for an answer even before our rental time! Also, Beth has an agreement with Jake’s Shuttle service which was an amazing perk for us to have!!! It got 13 people to and from town without having to take multiple vehicles and deal with parking 🚌

Warm hospitality in a family luxury home.

Alpine Vista Lodge is a unique property offering a wonderful combination of setting, design and furnishing to provide an extended family a high level of accommodation in a very comfortable and family friendly atmosphere. With its four master suites plus bunk room, two family large screenTV eqipped sitting rooms, easy dining for 12, large living room with fireplace open to the dining area and kitchen, and two large outside decks with grill, this unique home is designed to support great family vacations. Beth & Dan have equipped their home with a special “intentional hospitality”. From lovely furnishings to plentiful Kcups, to 3 sinks and disposals in the huge kitchen equipped with every tool you could ever want, to extra propane for the grill, great thought has been given to making the guests feel “at home”. We made great memories with our nine member family and look forward to returning.

Everything you could want in a mountain home

Absolutely amazing home with views galore, wildlife abounding, and fully stocked with small details (like kcups, pantry items, and toys/games for kids).

Amazing home!!!

Could not have asked for a better home to stay in on our Breck vacation! We had 4 families, the 4 master bedrooms were great! The views off of the back patios are awesome – you can see in to the town…and have a perfect view of the mountains. The house has everything you need and more! Perfect for families with kids!

Gorgeous home with every amenity!

We’ve stayed in lots of beautiful CO homes over the past 16 years but Beth and Dan’s home is our favorite. It’s a gorgeous place with beautiful mountain views and every amenity provided. If I had to pick a home in CO to buy, this would be the one. Owner Beth was very helpful and made the reservation and check-in process easy. We hope to return again soon!

Beautiful home and a wonderful hostess

We went to Breckinridge with a group of women to celebrate a 40th birthday. Everyone was amazed at how beautiful the house was. The kitchen is huge and we cooked a great dinner there one night. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us, and it never felt crowded. The hot tub was amazing, especially one night when it snowed. Super clean as well! Just a bit outside breckenridge but Beth provided us with shuttle coupons so we had 3 free round trips into town. Pro tip: the Broken Compass Brewery will give you a shuttle ride back to the house for $10. Cheaper than uber. Not only was the home amazing, but Beth was a wonderful hostess. She was in communication with me from booking to checkout, and was flexible when I had a death in the family and thought I might have to cancel. She even sent me a sympathy card. This is where you want to stay guys – and we had some VERY picky ladies with us but everyone was very happy with our choice.
