- Breckenridge City Accomodation tax and Sales tax: 12.275%
- Cleaning fee: $460
- Refundable security deposit: $600 – $800 depending on the group.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand plans change so we have established the following cancellation rules:
* Cancellation 90 days in advance: Full Refund
* Cancellation 60 to 89 days in advance: 50% Refund of Room Fees and Taxes;
* Cancellation less than 60 days in advance: up to 50% refund when the property is re-rented for your dates.
If you cancel and do not occupy the home, the cleaning fee and security deposit will be refunded.
We suggest you purchase Trip Insurance to cover non-refundable amounts.

This property requires a separate, signed Rental Agreement document that must be signed by the guest within 24 hours of the booking request in order to confirm and complete the booking. The Rental Agreement specifies all rules and controls the rental terms.
